1. Booking Procedure and Execution Stages

Initial Inquiry Submission: The Client submits a service inquiry through our online form at www.serviskokaljales.com, outlining the television specifications and the nature of the technical issue.

Requirements Review: Our team assesses the submitted information to establish the parameters of the requested service and coordinates with the Client to align on the technical scope.

Deposit and Scheduling: Upon mutual agreement regarding the preliminary scope, the Client pays the required project deposit via our secure online checkout system (Stripe) to reserve the scheduled onsite appointment date and time.

Onsite Execution: Our technician arrives at the designated service address to perform the physical inspection and execution of the requested television service.

Project Handover: Following the physical completion of the work, the service is presented for final verification, and any remaining balance is settled.

  1. Pricing, Deposits, and Financial Settlement

Deposit Obligation: A project deposit is required online prior to dispatching a technician or confirming the final onsite appointment slot. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the completed service.

Cost Structure: Any preliminary figures provided via web forms or electronic correspondence serve as estimates based entirely on the Client’s description. Final costs are determined following the physical inspection of the equipment at the premises.

Currency and Taxes: All transactions are conducted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the legislative requirements of Slovenia and the European Union.

  1. Client Responsibilities and Site Access

Information Accuracy: The Client warrants that all details provided regarding the equipment and location are accurate and complete.

Physical Access: The Client must ensure unhindered access to the equipment at the agreed appointment time. The ServiceProvider reserves the right to suspend operations if onsite conditions are determined to be unsafe.

Data and Media: The Client remains solely responsible for safeguarding or backing up any personal data, configurations, or storage media associated with the device prior to the commencement of work.

  1. Cancellation and Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Consumer Right of Withdrawal: In alignment with EU consumer protection directives and Slovenian legislation (ZVPot-1), consumers retain the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without stating a reason, provided the service has not been fully executed.

Performance Waiver: By requesting that onsite operations commence before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, the Client acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed. If cancellation occurs while work is partially completed, the Client remains responsible for the proportional costs of services rendered up to that date.

Rescheduling Guidelines: Notice of cancellation or requests to reschedule an appointment must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled technician visit.

  1. Liability and Warranties

Liability for direct material damage resulting from the performance of services is strictly limited to the total value of the fees paid by the Client for the specific project, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
